We offer amazing leasing options at Hudson at Westchase! When you lease with us, you can choose from flexible lease terms — typically offered between 6 to 14 months. If you’re looking for a shorter or longer lease, just ask the leasing team. When applying, you’ll be required to fill out an application, show proof of income, undergo a credit check, and pay the application fees. We love pets at Hudson at Westchase! Our Houston apartments are pet-friendly, and we welcome both cats and dogs. There are some breed and weight restrictions, and you’ll need to pay a pet fee of $300 for your first pet and $150 for the second. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. We allow up to 2 pets at Hudson. Our community is close to Sneed Dog Park, a fun space just for your furry friends, only 2.4 miles from your door. If you have questions about your specific pets, don't hesitate to reach out to the leasing office.
Parking is simple at Hudson at Westchase. Residents have access to a gated parking lot with plenty of spaces, reserved and covered parking, and ample guest parking too. Reserved parking is $45 per space per month, and covered parking is $50 per space per month. With reserved spaces, you will receive a parking placard that must be displayed when parked in the space. Our community has courtesy patrols as well, so you can enjoy peace of mind.
Hudson is zoned for the Alief Independent School District. There are elementary, middle, and high schools close by. For the most accurate school assignments, the leasing office can provide details, or you can check with Alief ISD directly.
